Organize around Workplace Issues to Win Dignity and Respect

Address Workplace Exploitation. We investigate and campaign against cases of exploitation within packing houses, with plans to expand to rural farms, groceries, construction, restaurants, and temporary agencies; Strategize and implement targeted actions designed to pressure decision-makers in workplaces and government; Support Industry-Wide Reforms; Advocate for meaningful reforms within these industries to address systemic disparities and structural issues; Work towards collective bargaining and systemic changes that enhance economic power and social justice for all workers.

Community Engagement

We strengthen ties with the broader community, including labor activists, academics, and progressive professionals; Raise awareness about the challenges faced by low-wage workers and garner support for collective initiatives.
